ANALYSIS OF EXISTING TECHNOLOGY
FOR CLEANING OF METAL DOWNHOLE
Almost hard to find a hole on the bottom of which was not to a particular number of large cuttings. The
presence of outsiders in the well, in particular, metal, objects are judged on short-term wedging tool in the
drilling process, the scratches on the bottom of the drill string, as well as on the outer surface of rock cutting
tools. The analysis conducted in association Nizhnevolzhskneft to 59 wells of depth 3050 ? 3100 m, showed
that the metal scrap in the sediment at the bottom is 209...2275. Poor cleaning of the borehole bottom of the
metal is one of the causes of accidents in the drilling, the most difficult of which is stuck pipe drilling tool. Metal
debris and large cuttings relating to the same dense clay mass, located on the surface of the face, decrease in
the driving of the bit and cause sticking the boring tool.
