A New Cross-By-Pass-Torus Architecture Based on CBP-Mesh and Torus Interconnection for On-Chip Communication

A Mesh topology is one of the most promising architecture due to its regular and simple structure for on-chip communication. Performance of mesh topology degraded greatly by increasing the network size due to small bisection width and large network diameter. In order to overcome this limitation, many researchers presented modified Mesh design by adding some extra links to improve...

Stability Criteria for Volterra Integrodynamic System

We study conditions under which the solutions of linear Volterra integrodynamic system of the form are stable on certain time scales. We construct a number of Lyapunov functionals on time scales from which we obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for stability of Volterra integrodynamic system and also we prove several results concerning qualitative behavior of this system.

Existence of best proximity points for controlled proximal contraction

In this paper, we investigate the sufficient condition for the existence of best proximity points for non-self-multivalued mappings. Additionally, we discuss the stability theorem for such mappings. Our results improve and generalize some existing results on the topic in the literature, in particular, the results of Lim and of Abkar and Gabeleh.

Flow of generalized Burgers fluid between parallel walls induced by rectified sine pulses stress

This paper presents the unsteady magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of a generalized Burgers’ fluid between two parallel side walls perpendicular to a plate. The plate applies a shear stress induced by rectified sine pulses to the fluid. The obtained solutions by means of the Laplace and Fourier cosine and sine transforms are presented as a sum of the corresponding Newtonian and non...

Fixed point of α-ψ-contractive type mappings in uniform spaces

In this paper, we shall investigate the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point of α-ψ-contractive mappings in the context of uniform spaces. We shall also prove some common fixed point theorems by introducing the notion of α-admissible pairs. We shall construct some examples to support our novel results. MSC:46T99, 47H10, 54H25.

Hybrid generalized contractions

Sintunavarat and Kumam introduced the notion of hybrid generalized multi-valued contraction mapping and established a common fixed point theorem. We extend their result for four mappings and prove common coincidence and common fixed point theorem.

-contractive multivalued mappings

In this paper, we introduce the notion of ( α , ψ , ξ ) -contractive multivalued mappings to generalize and extend the notion of α-ψ-contractive mappings to closed valued multifunctions. We investigate the existence of fixed points for such mappings. We also construct an example to show that our result is more general than the results of α-ψ-contractive closed valued...

Chemical composition and Biological studies of Ficus benjamina

Background Current study has been designed to estimate the possible antioxidant, antimicrobial and hemolytic potential of Ficus benjamina different parts (leaves, stem and root). Results All examined extracts and fractions were significantly rich in antioxidants and exhibited potent antimicrobial activity. GC/MS analysis of essential oil identified four compounds in stem and...

Impact of hydrogen concentrations on the impedance spectroscopic behavior of Pd-sensitized ZnO nanorods

ZnO nanorods were synthesized using a low-cost sol-gel spin coating technique. The synthesized nanorods were consisted of hexagonal phase having c-axis orientation. SEM images reflected perpendicular ZnO nanorods forming bridging network in some areas. The impact of different hydrogen concentrations on the Pd-sensitized ZnO nanorods was investigated using an impedance...

In-vitro model systems to study Hepatitis C Virus

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a major cause of chronic liver diseases including steatosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Currently, there is no vaccine available for prevention of HCV infection due to high degree of strain variation. The current treatment of care, Pegylated interferon α in combination with ribavirin is costly, has significant side effects and fails to cure...

Regioselective synthesis of 2-(bromomethyl)-5-aryl-thiophene derivatives viapalladium (0) catalyzed suzuki cross-coupling reactions: as antithrombotic and haemolytically active molecules

Background It is seen that the regioselective functionalizations of halogenated heterocycles play an important role in the synthesis of several types of organic compounds. In this domain, the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction has emerged as a convenient way to build carbon-carbon bonds in synthesizing organic compounds. Some of the most important applications of these reactions can be seen...
