A hybrid approach for named entity recognition in Chinese electronic medical record

With the rapid spread of electronic medical records and the arrival of medical big data era, the application of natural language processing technology in biomedicine has become a hot research topic. In this paper, firstly, BiLSTM-CRF model is applied to medical named entity recognition on Chinese electronic medical record. According to the characteristics of Chinese electronic...

Pentaquark states with the \(QQQq\bar{q}\) configuration in a simple model

We discuss the mass splittings for the S-wave triply heavy pentaquark states with the \(QQQq\bar{q}\) \((Q=b,c;q=u,d,s)\) configuration which is a mirror structure of \(Q\bar{Q}qqq\). The latter configuration is related with the nature of \(P_c(4380)\) observed by the LHCb Collaboration. The considered pentaquark masses are estimated with a simple method. One finds that such...

High-Energy Transsyndesmotic Ankle Fracture Dislocation: A Case Report and Systematic Literature Review

High-energy trauma can cause transsyndesmotic ankle fracture dislocation. These fractures are quite rare. Here we present a clinical case of a male patient with this type of injury. A systematic review of PubMed, Ovid MEDLINE, and Embase electronic databases revealed only two prior publications on a similar topic. We discuss the typical clinical features of these injuries, the...

Natural Dissociation Ratio of Carboxyl Group Controlled Highly Dispersed Silver Nanoparticles on PSA Microspheres and Their Catalytic Performance

The highly dispersed silver nanoparticle-loaded poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) nanocomposites (nAg@PSA) were prepared and characterized by transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetry. The amount and distribution of colloidal silver per particle were related to the dissociation ratio of carboxyl groups in the PSA sphere. The amount of carboxyl groups was evaluated by a...

Research on Correlation Analysis between Process Parameters of NC Machining and Quality Data Based on Grey Relational Analysis

With the wide use of CNC machine tools, data resources are gradually enriched. How to use the collected data resources for quality control becomes a hot topic for researchers. This paper introduces the use of grey correlation analysis theory to establish the relationship between the process parameters of CNC machine tools and quality data, and then provides a theoretical basis...

cmFSM: a scalable CPU-MIC coordinated drug-finding tool by frequent subgraph mining

Frequent subgraphs mining is a significant problem in many practical domains. The solution of this kind of problem can particularly used in some large-scale drug molecular or biological libraries to help us find drugs or core biological structures rapidly and predict toxicity of some unknown compounds. The main challenge is its efficiency, as (i) it is computationally intensive...

Characterization and quantification of flavonoids and saponins in adzuki bean (Vigna angularis L.) by HPLC–DAD–ESI–MSn analysis

Background Bioactive activities of adzuki bean have been widely reported, however, the phytochemical information of adzuki bean is incomplete. The aim of this study was to characterize and quantify flavonoids and saponins in adzuki bean. High performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electro spray ionization-tandem multi-stage mass spectrometry (HPLC–DAD...

A Study of Multi-Objective Aerodynamic Optimization Design for Variable Camber Airfoils and High Lift Devices

Aiming at the synthetical optimization of the aerodynamic performance between the low-speed condition of two-dimensional high lift devices during take-off and landing phase and the high-speed condition of variable camber airfoil during cruise phase, an aerodynamic optimization design method for high lift device based on Kriging based surrogate model and multi-objective genetic...

Effect of Altered Retinal Cones/Opsins on Refractive Development under Monochromatic Lights in Guinea Pigs

Purpose. To analyze the changes of refraction and metabolism of the retinal cones under monochromatic lights in guinea pigs. Methods. Sixty guinea pigs were randomly divided into a short-wavelength light (SL) group, a middle-wavelength light (ML) group, and a white light (WL) group. Refraction and axial length were measured before and after 10-week illumination. The densities of...
