The manuscripts, introducing documents, works and personalities related to </span><span style="font-size:12px;">waqf</span><span style="font-size:12px;"> and the </span><span style="font-size:12px;">waqf</span><span style="font-size:12px;"> culture, announcing new events are also published.</span></p><p class="Standard" style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"><span style="font-size:12px;">In order for the manuscript to be published in the </span><span style="font-size:12.6px;"><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12px;" xml:lang="en-us">Wagfs </span></span><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12px;" xml:lang="en-us">Journal</span><b><span style="font-size:12px;">, </span></b><span style="font-size:12px;">it is required not to be published previously elsewhere, or not to be accepted to be published.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The conference proceedings presented at a scientific meeting before might be accepted if clearly indicated.</span><b></b></span></p><p><b></b></p><b></b><p class="Standard" align="center" style="text-align:justify;"><b><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"><span style="font-size:12px;">Assessment of Manuscripts</span></span></b></p><p><b></b></p><b></b><p class="Standard" style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"><span style="font-size:12px;">All manuscripts sent to the </span><span style="font-size:12.6px;"><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12px;" xml:lang="en-us">Wagfs </span></span><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12.6px;" xml:lang="en-us"><span style="font-size:12px;">Journal</span><span style="font-weight:700;font-size:12px;"> </span></span><span style="font-size:12px;">are</span><span style="font-size:12px;"> first examined by the Editorial Board in terms of compliance with the publication principles of the journal.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">Not deemed appropriate ones are returned back to the author for revision. The most important criteria in the assessment of the manuscripts submitted for publication are academic objectivity and scientific quality.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The ones selected for assessment are sent to two referees in the relevant field.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">   </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The names of referees are kept confidential and the reports are saved for five years.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">If one of the referee reports is positive and the other is negative, the article might be sent to a third referee or the Editorial Board might give the final decision by analyzing the referee reports.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The authors take into consideration the criticisms and suggestions of referees and the Editorial Board.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">If there are issues that they do not agree with, they have the right to appeal including the reasons.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The manuscripts which are not accepted for publication are not returned to their authors.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span></span></p><p></p><p class="Standard" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span></p><p class="Standard" style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us"><span style="font-size:12px;">Copyright of the manuscripts accepted for publication in the </span><span style="font-size:12.6px;"><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12px;" xml:lang="en-us">Wagfs </span></span><span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12px;" xml:lang="en-us">Journal</span><span style="font-size:12px;"> is transferred to the General Directorate of Foundations.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">The responsibility of the opinions and writing preferences in the published articles belong to the authors.</span><span style="font-size:12px;">  </span><span style="font-size:12px;">Text or photograph quotations can be done by giving citations.</span></span></p><p></p><p></p>
