This article reveals peculiarities of the organization of language training foreign students of a medical profile. It is analyzed research and publications, as well as discussed the experience of language training for the European and Ukrainian institutions of higher education. It’s defined the essence of language training as an important compo-nent of the development of communicative skills required for the formation of professional competence of specialists of medical profile.

The possibility of obtaining high-quality training and a diploma of equivalent European higher education, it has led to increasing the number of foreign students who wish to study and work in Ukraine. One of the basic tasks of educational institution is language training of future specialist, formation at it of professional competence, compulsory component of which are communicative skills. Language training is very important not only for the future professional activities for foreign students, as well as for the early adaptation and integration in the educational environment. The organization of language training of foreign students influences the level of quality of the educational process of higher educational institutions, as well as its competitiveness in the market of educational services among domestic and foreign universities. Particular attention should be paid to the problems of professional training of future medical profession as a doctor's qualification depends on the treatment process, and sometimes the patient's life. Recent research and publications analysis. Analysis of recent research indicates that the focus of many researchers is various aspects and features of foreign students in higher education. Current research focuses on the problems of social adaptation during the first year of study of foreign students in universities. Current research focuses on the problems of social adaptation during the first year of study of foreign students in higher education, language training for foreign students, and the development of communication skills of foreign students of medical specialties. However, in our opinion, insufficient coverage of the problem of language training, development of communicative abilities and skills of foreign students as an important component of professional training of future specialists of medical profile and characteristics of the organization corresponding to the educational process. Paper objective. The purpose of this article is to analyze the characteristics of the organization of educational process on language training of future professionals of foreign medical profile based on the European and national university, as well as definition of the essence of language training as an important component of the development of communicative skills required for the formation of professional competence of medical students. 76 Теорія і практика управління соціальними системами 1‘2016 ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ МАЙСТЕРНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ СПЕЦІАЛІСТІВ Paper main body. A feature of the professional training of future specialists of universities depends primarily on the main purposes of higher education - the formation of professional competence of the future expert. In turn, in the important professional qualities of future specialists of medical profile include communicative component of language proficiency. The international standards for the qualification of language proficiency have four main aspects: reading, listening, speaking and writing. The possibility of entry into higher education institutions in Europe is considered only if the corresponding diploma B2-C1 level of EU-wide guidelines for language education. Such requirements for language proficiency of applicants with foreign countries allows universities to focus all attention on the study of the training modules of the special vocational courses designed by combining a group of students, native speakers and international students. In Ukraine there is no compliance with mandatory requirements. There is a preparatory department, which helps foreign entrant to start learning the language before entering the university.
