Dynamics of perception of higher education applicants of the educational process organization features at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture in 2019–2021 The aim of the article is to study the dynamics of the perception of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies of the organization of the educational process in the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. The article highlights the main directions of further work of the administration and teachers of the Department of Cultural Studies to coordinate actions to optimize the educational process. The methodology. To study the opinion of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies on the organization of the educational process at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, a survey was conducted in May 2020 and March 2021. The survey belongs to the type of “Mass common correspondence online survey”. The questionnaire “Applicants for higher education about the organization of the educational process at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture” has 21 questions, 20 of which are closed questions. An additional open-ended question was added to allow respondents to express their views on the educational process. The questionnaire allowed for the omission of the question if the respondent did not have information. The answers were collected online, in Google forms. To achieve relative anonymity, only the year and specialty were recorded. No other personal data was registered. For questionnaires, a restriction on the period of recording results was introduced. The collection of answers to each questionnaire lasted 2 weeks. The results. The results of the analysis of the dynamics of perception allow us to conclude that during the year there was a significant increase in positive perception — 9 positions have changed significantly for the better in the perception of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies. However, there is an increase in the negative perception of several items in the survey — 3 positions have changed significantly for the worse in the perception of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies. 7 positions according to the perception of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies remained without significant changes. The scientific topicality. The article deals with the issues of the dynamics of perception of the organization of the educational process by higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies of the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. To research the opinion of higher education students of the Department of Cultural Studies on the organization of the educational process, a survey was conducted in May 2020 and March 2021. According to the results of the study of the dynamics of perception of the organization of the educational process at the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, it is possible to offer to pay more attention to the proposals for higher education students to study separate programs abroad. Динаміка сприйняття здобувачами вищої освіти особливостей організації навчального процесу в Харківській державній академії культури у 2019– 2021 рр. Розглядаються питання динаміки сприйняття організації освітнього процесу здобувачами вищої освіти факультету культурології Харківської державної академії культури. Для вивчення думки здобувачів вищої освіти факультету культурології щодо організації освітнього процесу в травні 2020 р. та березні 2021 р. організовано анкетування (належить до виду «Масове суцільне заочне онлайн-анкетування»). Результати аналізу динаміки сприйняття засвідчили, що протягом року відбулося значне зростання позитивного сприйняття — 9 позицій суттєво змінилися на краще за сприйняттям здобувачів вищої освіти факультету культурології. Однак є і зростання негативного сприйняття за деякими позиціями опитування — 3 позиції суттєво змінилися на гірше. Без суттєвих змін залишились 8 позицій. Сучасний освітній процес у Харківській державній академії культури (ХДАК) суттєво змінюється під впливом багатьох факторів. Серед них доволі значущий вплив має організація освітнього процесу за допомогою дистанційних технологій. Постановка проблеми. Для координації дій під час формування напрямів роботи адміністрації ХДАК, факультету культурології ХДАК і викладачів кафедр в організації освітнього процесу необхідно постійно отримувати інформацію від здобувачів вищої освіти. Для вирішення цього завдання заплановано та виконано опитування здобувачів вищої освіти факультету культурології. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. Нині в освітньому процесі в Україні, як і в більшості країн, відбувається активний процес застосування елементів дистанційного навчання. Значний обсяг інформації з цього питання опубліковано в колективній монографії «Екстрене дистанційне навчання в Україні» (Кухаренко, Бондаренко, 2020). Організація освітнього процесу за допомогою дистанційних технологій у ХДАК відбувається відповідно до чинних нормативних документів: Конституції України (Конституція України, 2021), Законів України «Про освіту» (Закон України. Про освіту, 2021), «Про вищу освіту» (Закон України. Про вищу освіту, 2021), а також згідно з «Положенням про дистанційне навчання», Міністерства освіти і науки України (Про затвердження Положення про дистанційне навчання, 2021), Статутом Харківської державної академії культури (Статут Харківської державної академії культури, 2021) та «Порядком застосування дистанційних технологій навчання» Харківської державної академії культури (Порядок застосування дистанційних технологій навчання, 2021).
