ABSTRAK
Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang
dikelola dari, oleh, untuk, dan bersama masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan
kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar . Posyandu sangat
tergantung pada peran kader. Kader adalah anggota masyarakat yang bersedia, mampu dan memiliki
waktu untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran
tentang peran kader posyandu dalam upaya meningkatkan pemanfaatan posyandu di wilayah kerja
Puskesmas Mokoau Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan
fenomenologi, Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 informan kunci dan 5 informan pendukung. Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni dilakukan dalam tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian
data, danpenarikan kesimpulan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dianalisis dengan metode content analysis
kemudian diinterpretasikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Pengecekan validitas temuan/kesimpulan
dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Peran kader pra posyandu
tidak dilaksanakan, 2) Peran kader pada saat posyandu, dilaksanakan, 3) Peran kader pasca posyandu tidak
dilaksanakan. Saran penelitian Perlu adanya peningkatan pembinaan terhadap kader agar kader
melaksanakan semua peran dan tugas-tugasnya meliputi peran kader pra posyandu, peran kader pada
pelaksanaan posyandu dan peran kader pasca posyandu , agar pencapaian suatu target dapat tercapai
serta diharapkan pada pihak Puskesmas Mokoau agar memantau terus peran para kader meliputi, peran
kader pra posyandu, peran kader pada pelaksanaan posyandu dan peran kader pasca posyandu, agar
terciptanya koordinasi yang efektif terhadap kader dan petugas kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Posyandu is one form of Community-Based Health Efforts (CBHE) managed from, by, for, and with
the community, to empower communities and provide convenience to the public in obtaining basic health
services. Posyandu is very dependent on the role of cadres. Kaders are community members who are
willing, able and have time to organize posyandu activities. This study aims to describe the role of
posyandu cadres in an effort to improve the utilization of posyandu in the work area of Mokoau PHC in
2017. This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach, this research uses 6 key
informants and 5 supporting informants. Data analysis technique used in this research consist on three
paths which is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data processing is analyzed by
content analysis method then interpreted and presented in narrative form. Checking the validity of the
findings / conclusions was done by triangulation method. The results showed that, 1) Posyandu pre-cadre
roles were not implemented, 2) Role of cadres at posyandu, implemented, 3) Posyandu post cadre roles
were not implemented. Suggestion of research that It is necessary to increase the guidance to the cadres
to carry out all the roles and duties including the role of pre-posyandu cadres, the role of cadres in the
implementation of posyandu and the role of post-posyandu cadres, so that the achievement of a target
can be achieved and expected on the part of Mokoau PHC to monitor the role of the cadres include, the
role of pre-posyandu cadres, the role of cadres in the implementation of posyandu and the role of postposyandu cadres, in order to create effective coordination of cadres and health workers.

PENDAHULUAN
Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk
Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber daya Masyarakat
(UKBM) yang dikelola dari, oleh, untuk, dan bersama
masyarakat, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan
memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam
memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Terdapat
beberapa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu
meliputi kegiatan pemantauan tumbuh kembang
balita, pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak seperti
imunisasi
untuk
pencegahan
penyakit,
penanggulangan diare, pelayanan KB, penyuluhan
dan konseling/rujukan konseling bila diperlukan
(Kemenkes RI, 2012)1.
Pelaksana teknis kegiatan Posyandu yaitu
Puskesmas dan pelaksana utama kegiatan Posyandu
yaitu masyarakat yang bersedia secara sukarela
menjadi
kader
di
kegiatan
Posyandu.
Keberlangsungan kegiatan ini sangat bergantung
pada partisipasi aktif dari kader Posyandu tersebut.
Keaktifan kader Posyandu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa
faktor, baik faktor dari luar kader Posyandu maupun
faktor dari dalam kader Posyandu. Persentase kader
aktif secara nasional adalah 69,2% dan angka dropout kader sekitar 30,8% (Adisasmito, 2010)2.
Posyandu dikelola oleh berbagai unsur
masyarakat seperti masyarakat itu sendiri, lembaga
kemasyarakatan,
organisasi
kemasyarakatan,
lembaga swadaya masyarakat, lembaga mitra
pemerintah, dan dunia usaha yang dipilih.Sebagai
pengelola Posyandu, mereka harus bersedia, mampu,
memiliki waktu dan kepedulian terhadap pelayanan
sosial dasar masyarakat di Posyandu. Pengelola
Posyandu dipilih dari dan oleh masyarakat pada saat
musyawarah pembentukaan Posyandu dengan
kriteriayaitu diutamakan berasal dari para dermawan
