In the past, The Vermont Connection Exec Board has crafted an extended letter to those who have supported the creation of this journal in this section--thank you for your labor--this year Steve thought it would be powerful to leave this section as a call to acknowledge you all. This space is a symbolic space for you. We invite you to imagine, devise, create, action-plan, double-down, reinvent, muse, bullet-point, draw, and/or dream on creating coalitions to navigate our anti-DEI and plant the seeds for the next iteration of what diversity, equity, and inclusion can mean in higher education.
