The article has now been updated with a corrected dataset and newly trained model and as a result Figs. 1–6, the main text of the article (including the Methods) and the Supplementary information have been corrected. Additionally, Julia R. Rogers (Department of Systems Biology, Columbia University, New York, NY, USA) has been added to the author list given her contributions to constructing an updated dataset, training a new model, designing and performing analyses and computational experiments, and revising the manuscript.
